Rise and Thrive Families Service Offer
At Rise and Thrive Families CIC, we provide early, relational, trauma-informed support that bridges the gap between lived experience and clinical recovery. Our services are designed to empower parents navigating mental health challenges, recovery after domestic violence, and the emotional demands of parenting through adversity. We focus on preventative care and emotional stabilisation, delivered in community spaces that honour dignity, connection, and culturally responsive practice.

Emotional Wellbeing Groups (6 Weeks)
These closed-group sessions offer structured emotional health support for parents navigating stress, low mood, or trauma. Each week combines psychoeducation with reflective discussion, equipping participants with coping tools, self-awareness strategies, and peer connection.
