R&T

When we support a parent to heal, regulate, and reconnect with their child, we interrupt cycles of harm and build lasting stability for the whole family.

Our Purpose
What We Offer

Whole-family healing starts here

Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, relational services that support families facing emotional distress, mental health challenges, and the aftermath of domestic abuse.

Heal

Emotional wellbeing groups and one-to-one support that help parents stabilise and process trauma before crisis point.

Connect

Peer-led parenting circles and reconnection workshops that rebuild trust, belonging, and secure family bonds.

Strengthen

Training, consultation, and partnership support that help services embed trauma-informed, culturally safe practice.

Grounded in Evidence

Aligned with where national policy is heading

Our model sits in the prevention and early-help space that national policy now prioritises: supporting parental mental health and recovery after domestic abuse, so that harm is interrupted early for both parents and children.

National Strategy

Freedom from Violence and Abuse

The Government's 2025 cross-government strategy prioritises prevention, early intervention, and breaking the intergenerational cycle of abuse. Read it

Children as Victims

Domestic Abuse Act 2021

The Act recognises children as victims of domestic abuse in their own right. Our reconnection work responds directly to that. View it
